Itsenäisyyspäivän aaton tanssiaiset!

Kynttilät luovat tunnelmallista valoaan, 20-henkinen Oulu Big Band solistinaan Satu Hammar sekä OBB-septetti ja -kvartetti pistävät parastaan ja tanssikansa ilakoi juhlatamineissaan. Saamme nauttia svengaavista ikivihreistä klassikoista ja nähdäänpä illan aikana viihdyttävä tanssiesityskin. Orkesterin tauoilla pääsemme tanssimaan kuumien lattarirytmien ja inspiroivan tanssimusiikin tahtiin.

Toivomme sekä esiintyjien että juhlakansan huomioivan illan teeman. Tansseihin tullessa ei kuitenkaan kannata säikähtää juhlapukeutumista, sillä dresscode on tiivistettävissä pariin nyrkkisääntöön: ei treenivaatteita ja klassinen tyyli. Väriteemaksi suosittelemme sinistä ja valkoista tai joulunajasta viestivää punaista ja vihreää!

Lämpimästi tervetuloa juhlistamaan Tanssikoulu Matleenan ja Swingtanssiseura SwingO ry:n kanssa itsenäisyyspäivää sekä viettämään yhteisiä pikkujouluja!

HINNAT: Liput ovelta 15€/13€ (Alennus koskee Tanssikoulu Matleenan kanta-asiakaskorttilaisia sekä syksyn 2022 kurssilaisia). Lippuja on rajallinen määrä.

Huom! SwingO ry:n jäsenille on erillinen ilmoittautuminen etukäteen 4.12. mennessä. Tarkemmat ohjeet tulevat jäsenpostiin.

PYSÄKÖINTIOHJE:: Alppimajan omalla parkkialueella on noin 30 autopaikkaa, mutta lähellä sijaitsevat esimerkiksi Mervin putiikin iso parkkialue ja Ideal Keittiöiden parkkipaikka (putiikki ja keittiöliike suljetaan klo 18 mennessä). Huom! Hukan ja Crossfit Roudan pihalle parkkeeraaminen on kielletty, sillä kuntosalit ovat auki klo 22 asti.

TURVALLISUUSOHJEET:
1. Tulethan täysin terveenä ja oireettomana tapahtumaan.
2. Pesethän kädet ennen tanssimisen aloittamista.
3. Paikan päällä tarjolla käsidesiä, joten puhdistathan käsiäsi tanssien välissä.

This will be a night to remember at Oulun Alppimaja! Dance School Matleena and Swing Dance Association SwingO ry will celebrate together the Independence Day Eve and Little Christmas on 5th December. The candles will be flickering and creating festive atmosphere, the Oulu Big Band with twenty instrumentalists and the vocal Satu Hammar will give their best, and the dance people will frolic to classic evergreen tunes in their festive attire. An entertaining dance performance will be seen in the evening, too. And while the orchestras will take their break, hot Latin rhythms and other inspiring dance music will be played.

We hope that both the performers and the attendants of the Ball will take the theme of the evening into account. You do not have to worry about the festive clothing though, as our rule of thumb for the dress code is simple: No training clothes, but a classic style instead. Blue and white are the recommended colours, as well as red and green indicating Christmas time.

You are warmly welcome to celebrate this special evening with us!

SERVICE: Glühwein & Coffee with small Christmassy delicacies will be served throughout the evening (free of charge). You will also find a water point at the dancing area.

FEE: Tickets at the door will cost 15€/13€. The discount applies to Dance School Matleena´s regular customers with the Customer Card and participants of the autumn term 2022 dance courses. NB! A separate registration for SwingO ry members in advance by the 4th December. More detailed information will be sent in the Membership Email.

PAYMENTS: Cash, Card, Mobilepay, Eazybreak, Edenred Card and Vouchers, Epassi, Smartum Pay, Sports and Culture Vouchers as well as Tyky Vouchers.

PARKING: Around 30 cars will fit in the Alppimaja´s own parking lot. In the vicinity there are for example the large parking area of Mervin Putiikki and Ideal Keittiöt (the stores will be closed by 6 pm). NB! It is forbidden to park at the Hukka and Crossfit Routa Parking lots, as the gyms will be open until 10 pm.

HEALTH GUIDANCE:
1. Please attend the Ball only when completely healthy and without any symptoms of flu.
2. Do wash your hands before starting dancing.
3. Alppimajat will provide you with some disinfectant for hands, so please use it between the dances.
